All outdoors. Zero PowerPoint. Maximum Inspiration. ANJEE is pleased to partner with our friends at Duke Farms in Hillsborough, NJ for our 7th Annual Autumn Outdoor Conference. As always, the event offers exhibitors excellent opportunities to reach hundreds of professionals from a wide range of educational institutions and environmental organizations. At the event, you’ll meet executive directors, program directors and staff from nature centers and environmental nonprofits; school administrators and curriculum specialists; and some of the most talented & dedicated classroom teachers ever assembled in the outdoors. Digitally, we will promote your organization through our website and when we make the workshops available online. Who Should Exhibit? You should! Companies & organizations that provide goods (curricula, books, native plants, green technologies, etc.) or services (outdoor training, energy/waste stream audits, etc.); summer camps, environmental education programs and venues; schools and nonprofit organizations looking to highlight successes; companies specializing in benefits and personnel services to the nonprofit community – and more – are welcome to join us. The Conference Center- Duke Farms 1112 Dukes Parkway West Hillsborough, NJ The natural beauty, diversity of wildlife and breadth of ecological resources at the 2,700-acre Duke Farms property in Hillsborough, NJ makes it the perfect venue for environmental education. Duke Farms will serve as the conference headquarters and outdoor workshops and activities will be conducted rain or shine on the surrounding property. Meals will utilize locally sources ingredients wherever possible. For more information please visit dukefarms.org The Exhibit Spaces Every space is a GREAT space. Exhibitors will be located outside adjacent to the workshop meetup locations and food. Each exhibitor will be provided with 2 plastic chairs. Exhibitor must provide their own 6-foot table and tent. There is no electricity available. The Logistics Exhibitor setup will take place Friday, September 29, 2023 beginning at 7:00 am. ALL exhibits MUST be set up by 8:00 am and remain so until the end of the conference at 4:00 pm . Complete instructions (including load-in/out directions and requirements) will be forwarded to you upon registration. |
